GREEN DAY

HEALTHY EXTRAS:

A Milk

A Grated Mozzarella Cheese 28g

B Porridge oats 28g

B 85g ham (I used 95% fat free ham and did the usual and halved it for the two meals)

BREAKFAST:

  • Porridge Oats, 2 oranges, 1 apple chopped up and 100g of low fat greek yogurt (1)

LUNCH:

  • Ham, Baked potatoes, Cheese (from HEA and 28g cheese = 5syns)

TEA:

  • Ham Salad – spring onions, lettuce leaves, celery, mung bean sprouts, peppers.

TOTAL SYNS: 6
