GREEN DAY

HEALTHY EXTRAS:

A Milk

A Tasty Cheddar cheese 28g (1/4 of what I put on the Lasagne)

B Cheese (1/2 healthy extra as had 1/2 a piece)

 

BREAKFAST:

  • 2 oranges, 1 apple chopped up and 200g of low fat greek yogurt (1)

LUNCH:

  • Lasagne and salad

TEA:

  • Lasagne and salad
