A Tasty Cheddar cheese 28g (1/4 of what I put on the Lasagne)

B Ham 85g

B 2 Ryvita’s (1/2 HEB)

BREAKFAST:

  • 2 oranges, 1 apple chopped up and 200g of low fat greek yogurt (1)

LUNCH:

  • Lasagne, Ham and salad

TEA:

  • Egg Salad, 2 Ryvita’s , Yogurt cheese and Apple.
