  I fancied a red day today (so no restriction on meat providing it’s lean).

B Ryvita x 4

BREAKFAST:

  • 4 x Ryvita and yogurt cheese with apple.

LUNCH:

  • Ham and salad

TEA:

  • Ham, Chicken Salad, Mayonnaise (1)                                                                                  

Had a half of cup milk extra (8) – just wanted a drink of milk.
