- Fruit & Yogurt, Toast with poached egg and tinned tomatoes.
- I was asleep ( worked last night and slept today)
- Steak, Baked Potato & Salad, LF Mayo with sweet chilli added (1.5)
This is always a difficult day for me from a healthy eating point of view….I am tired and I want to sleep and then I’m back to sleep again at night – so fitting in food the time is limited…..but I think I covered most things better than I did yesterday …so all good 🙂
