Red Day..,

I love Roast Dinners….so today is a red day…well come on I’m not going to have a huge roast  chicken and not eat loads of it am I…..I said this lifestyle change is about healthy eating but not feeling deprived.

HEALTHY EXTRAS:

A Milk

BREAKFAST:

  • Fruit and yogurt

LUNCH:

  • Salad…just salad.

TEA:

  • Roast Chicken, roast potatoes x 2, Veg

I also had 1/2 a doughnut !! (6)
