BREAKFAST:

  • Fruit and Yogurt.

LUNCH:

  • Spicy chicken (this time I rolled the chicken in Ras Al Hanout) with Quinoa and  roasted vegetables

TEA:

  • The other HEB Chicken with Quinoa and veggies.

SYNS: 15 I had a Caramel biscuit which was very kindly sent to me by a friend from the UK…it gets a 15 (which I think is OTT but because I don’t really know as I said I go high.)
