BREAKFAST:

  • Rice Pudding :/

LUNCH:

  • Baked potatoes, Ham (1/2) and salad.

TEA:

  • Ham (1/2) and salad. Fruit

SYNS: 10 …..I didn’t eat as much as I have before but I still had it…I’ve now decided that I need to rein my rice pudding addiction in LOL!!….I know if I don’t I’m only sabotaging my weight loss…but I’m going to be honest about what I’m eating though so even though it pains me I have to admit to eating it…..tomorrow is a new day and I’m getting back on track and stopping this little snacks here and there.
