Red Day…

I love Roast Dinners….so today is a red day…well come on I’m not going to have a huge roast  chicken and not eat loads of it am I…..I said this lifestyle change is about healthy eating but not feeling deprived.

HEALTHY EXTRAS:

A Milk

BREAKFAST:

  • Fruit (Kiwi, Plums and banana) with yogurt

LUNCH:

  • Fruit again (just in that mood) ….Kiwi, banana, plums, apple and an orange.

TEA:

  • Lamb with Asparagus, Carrots and Kale
