So today I got on the scales and I’ve lost 1.5kg….Happy me!!! Happy me!!
I’m eating loads (obviously of the right things) , I don’t feel hungry ..mind you that’s usually much of an issue for me I usually don’t feel hungry which is why I get into bad eating habits.
So in 10 weeks I’ve lost 10.2kgs = 22.5lbs I think this is a sensible loss…and it’s still giving my skin the opportunity to keep up…so I’m not rocking the Sharpei look 🙂
