WEIGH IN–WEEK 3

Half a kilo (1lb) lost  = 8.1kgs altogether.(17.8lbs)

I’ll take that a pound is a pound ……especially as I had pizza this week….Hey I am taking this seriously but I’m not going to be a slave to it!

The lesson’s learnt though are you can have these treats but you need to get back on to it …yes I may lose the weight a slower but as long as I keep losing it that is OK…when it dosn’t keep coming off then I will have to review things.
