BREAKFAST: Total Carbs = 0.8g

Scrambled eggs with bacon 

LUNCH:Total Carbs = 3.88

 Ham and salad

DINNER: Total Carbs =  3.88g

Chicken thigh and salad

SNACK:

Hard boiled egg = 0.4g

TOTAL CARBS FOR THE DAY = 12.06g

**I mix Mayonnaise and a bit of low fat greek yogurt. I can’ find low fat greek yogurt on the carb calculator so I’m going with the full fat one at 3.10g per 100g. So my Mayo mix for the day I’m allowing 3.10g.
