Standard

BREAKFAST: Total Carbs = 0.8g

Scrambled eggs with bacon  (I make this with cream by the way….you may have noticed after the first day my breakfast stayed the same but the carb content changed. I was reading through the Atkins bumpf and milk has more carbs than cream …it gives me a little more fat with no carbs and I take it off the top of the raw milk we get so every one else has lower fat content milk…it’s a win win Smile )

LUNCH:Total Carbs = 6.4g

 Chicken, cheese (80g), Red grapes x 8 – responsible for all the carbs!

DINNER: Total Carbs =10.48g 

Chicken breast, 100gButternut Squash and 70g of Kale

Mayonnaise /Yogurt mix 1.55g

SNACK:

 Hard boiled egg = 0.4g

TOTAL CARBS FOR THE DAY = 19.63g
