BREAKFAST: Total Carbs = 0.0g

Epic fail- I had to get out early …story I’m not going to go into.

LUNCH:Total Carbs =5.68 g

Late but had cheese and salad

DINNER: Total Carbs = 5.75 g

Roast chicken

roasted veggies (1/2 carrot, 1/2 beetroot. leek,about 50g bell pepper)

 

SNACK:

 

TOTAL CARBS FOR THE DAY = 11.51g

 

End result is failing to plan….I wasn’t prepared for the day…another learning opportunity.
